JTM Holding AG

Three companies are combined under the roof of JTM Holding AG: Schweizerische Schälmühle E. Zwicky AG with E. Zwicky (Deutschland) GmbH and JTM Rütenen AG. All three companies operate independently but benefit from the synergy potential on a strategic and operative level. The Holding as well as the companies combined under it are, with different responsibilities, in the possession of the Klopfenstein family. This shortens the decision paths on all levels and underpins the effect-oriented advancement of the companies. Established in December 2007, JTM Rütenen AG is the latest edition under the roof of the Holding, established in 1997.
